The Auto Shoppe Is Now A Toyota Certified Collision Centre

We are pleased to announce a very important relationship in our local collision repair market.

The Auto Shoppe has entered into a working relationship with Toyota City in Wetaskiwin and have recently met the stringent requirements to become a Toyota Certified Collision Centre.

In order to work with Toyota we have to work like Toyota in every way.

Our facility, equipment, staff, and training have to meet standards that are far above the normal auto body shop norm.

They (Toyota) look at every aspect of our business from the front curb through to the back door, clean, organized and efficient.

This is the Toyota way.

We are honored to be sponsored in this effort by Toyota City in Wetaskiwin who will be our parts and service partner.

Together we will cover the east central trading area of Alberta.

It is Toyota’s position that all Toyotas are to be repaired by accredited repair facilities following Toyota’s Recommended Repair Procedures due to the complex nature of new vehicle construction.

The Auto Shoppe is in the top 5% of collision repair facilities in the country and has earned this position by understanding the future of this industry and moving forward to achieve this goal.

After 30 years in business in Ohaton, Gord Graham, the owner of The Auto Shoppe has built the body repair shop of his dreams. Years of planning and preparing have gone into what many declare to be the new operating standard of body shops. The new 10,000 square foot shop is catering to our clientele which demand the best in quality and service. The large shop area houses individual metal work, frame and disassembly bays, three priming and prepping bays, appraisal and wash and detail bays and the Ultra Plus spray booth.

The reception is a relaxing and soothing environment, complete with a comfortable seating area which includes a pond stocked with fish, but “no fishing allowed.” The showroom includes a number of exhibit pieces including gas pumps, pictures of car history and the first snowmobile sold in Alberta in 1961. The showroom also displays custom cars which take you back in time. We meet the nicest people on their worst day. It’s understood that when in an accident you have had a traumatic experience so we try our best to ease the situation. We look forward to serving the wonderful people of Camrose and east central Alberta.

With the world of vehicle insurance ever changing The Auto Shoppe staff is here to make the experience as pleasant as possible. We provide our customers and insurance partners a positive approach to repairing their vehicles. The industry requires the automobile repairers to be up to date with their equipment, facility and training as well as warrantees and after sales service. We can provide an appraisal bay for the insurance company appraisers to view your vehicle damage in our facility, or provide your insurer with in house appraisals through digital imaging technology.

With a staff of eight full time employees and three part time employees, we strive to produce the quality workmanship that our customers expect from The Auto Shoppe. Come in and view the new shop and let us show you what a collision repair shop can be.
